Razdel Villa Park will consist of 13 newly built detached villas each with their own private garden. The houses will be of traditional Bulgarian design with a contemporary feel within both the bungalow and the two storey ‘villa’ option. Clients will have first refusal on the plot that they desire on a first come first served basis. Despite the defined boundaries of each plot, all inhabitants of the complex will have common use of the onsite facilities which will include: a sheltered BBQ area, swimming pool and sun lounging area.
